* Shipping *All products are sent via Australia Post. For standard postage it is best to allow 3-10 business days for shipping within Australia. With express postage, please allow 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless product is faulty. Any personalised cards cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product.

Photo for your card must be high resolution and emailed to me: hello@theresacooperdesigns.com.au
Once you provide the photo for your card, a digital file will be sent to you to proofread, before getting your approval to print. Once artwork is approved, no more changes can be made.
