Your child is receiving their sacrament of confirmation and it's time for them to choose a Sponsor. Why not propose that special someone with my Confirmation Sponsor Proposal Scratchie Card.
Recipient's name will be printed in foil colour of your choice, with matching coloured scratchie sticker. Underneath the sticker is the question from your child, asking them to be their confirmation sponsor.
The card is A6 size (105 x 148mm in size) with rounded corners and is single sided, therefore you cannot open it like a typical greeting card. It comes with standard white envelope.
